    This plugin has potential, needs a little more functionality before it is usable for me. Eg, Ticket file attachment, the ability to add comments to tickets and email alerts.

    The code looks clean and organized and the user interface is logical and clean.

    As a fellow plugin developer and a project manager I can appreciate your work, I will keep an eye on this projects development.
